On the streets of old business district-Dalian city – one can find the game of snooker, maybe the final big business left in this 110 years old district. These guys have more than just one table on the go. So there is options for all participants. Seems nothing on standby for negative phenomena such as thunder storms – maybe customers effectively use umbrellas as protection from rain – play would prolong on flooded tables.
